I don't know what to print?
Take a second to really have a think about what you would like to display. Maybe you have some wedding photos you would like done? A family portrait, a graduation photo. A beautiful photo of a loved one who as passed on. An image of yourself! Maybe you have taken a beautiful scenery image on your phone that is sentimental to you. Or a motivational quote or scripture. The options are endless. Gifting something like this, is also very personable and unique. You would definitely not disappoint!
Can I upload an image taken from my mobile phone?
80% of the time yes. Considering a lot of the mobile phone cameras nowadays have decent cameras. Quick tips to give you an idea if an image is suitable is by quickly zooming in on your image on your phone. Is it still sharp? If you find the image looks like heaps of small squares are forming with blur, the image may be pixelated and won't be suitable to print. Please avoid screenshots. You can also click on each image settings under 'details' to display the image size. The higher the MB (megabytes), the better. Aiming for a minimum of 2MB would be ideal.
I accidentally uploaded the wrong image and processed order, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately within 5 hours of your order being paid for. If you have realised after this stage, unfortunately it may be too late if your customised order has already begun processing. Please email us with the heading 'Attention Incorrect Image', contact@newwayphotography.com.au
How long to process orders?
Once personalised woven prints are completed which may take upto 10 working days to process printing and framing. Processing your order for postage to New Zealand and Australia will differ. I am based in Melbourne so postage within Australia would reach faster within 4 - 7 days. New Zealand possibly 7 - 10 days. Obviously around Christmas period this may alter.
How long does print processing take?
Carefully crafting these woven prints can vary between 5-10 working days to make sure everything is dry and set ready for postage. You will be updated via email with your order status.
